How we handle the details you share when you contribute to Foresight Influencers. Last updated: 27 October 2026.

Who is responsible

The controller is Humanity Solutions, KvK 71110178, Hamerstraat 67D, 2512 CX The Hague, the Netherlands. Contact: connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net.

What we collect

  • The details you enter in the contribution form: name, email address, the kind of voice you are, and optionally your organisation, a link to your work and where you are based.
  • The content of your contribution and your choice about publication.
  • Basic technical data needed to protect the form against abuse. We store a one-way hash of your IP address for at most one hour to limit repeated submissions.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third parties.

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To review your contribution and contact you about it: necessary to handle your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To publish your contribution with your name, or anonymously: only if you choose that option (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). We publish at most your name, role and region, never your email address.
  • To invite you to the network: only if you tick that box (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • To protect the service against spam and abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

Contributions that are not published are kept for up to 24 months for analysis, then deleted or anonymised. Published contributions stay online until you ask us to remove them or update them. Network membership lasts until you unsubscribe.

Who can see it

Only the Humanity Solutions team. Our website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes data on our behalf as a processor. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. Email connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
